OUR VALUE ON-CAMPUS LIVING FEES

At IH your fees cover – accommodation, utilities and food (catered only) as well as many extras you may not expect like academic assistance and college events and activities. The best part is you can secure a place at IH before you receive your University offer. If you decide to go to University outside of Brisbane or plans change, no problems – your deposit will be refunded. We operate on a first-come first-served basis so the sooner you apply, the better your chances of securing a place. NEW RESIDENTS 2021

• Deposit: $2 500 (deducted from the total fees)
• New residents registration fee: $300
• Catered: $20 800 (40 week contract)
• Self-Catered: $15 960 (42 week contract)
• Student Club Membership: $200 per semester ($400 per year)

Student Club Levy compulsory for Catered contracts. Optional for Self-Catered contracts.

RETURNING RESIDENTS 2021

• Catered: $20 800 (40 week contract)
• Self-Catered: $15 960 (42 week contract)
• Student Club Membership: $200 per semester ($400 per year)

WEEKLY FEES

• IH provides a 40-week Catered agreement which includes all of the semester breaks with a weekly rate of $520
• Self-Catered residents are provided with a 42-week agreement and the weekly rate is $380

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

• $750 per semester
